Working with Surrey’s most presitigious Wedding Guide “Starting Together Magazine” I have gained a wealth of experience within both the supplier and client side of planning a wedding. With the knowledge and experience I have learnt, I felt I could bring an innovative and exiting way to ease the stress and help couples that are planning their big day. Prior to setting up Weddings Made Easy, my career started within the television industry as a freelance Researcher and Celebrity Booker. I worked for many years for major television production companies for Channel 4, Sky, Living, BBC and Bravo. Here I worked on creating the concepts of the programme through to filming at the studios. Through unquestionable passion and commitment, I used my experience within the television industry and transfered my skills to recruiting for the industry. I worked as a senior consultant, leading to Management and Business Development Management for National agencies in and around London. Within these roles I gained a wealth of experience and built strong relationships with leading blue chip companies in the Media, Music and Events industries. I would like you to read on to meet the team that I believe to be the cream of the crop. I spent over two years researching my suppliers / team to ensure that my clients recieve only the best possible service from WME. Hopefully I shall be speaking to you soon on a more personal basis! Amanda offers a wealth of experience within booking celebrities and A-List entertainers for our exclusive events. Amanda has worked as a celebrity producer for over 10 years and has worked on some of Britain’s most prestigious TV programmes, such as The X-Factor, Comic Relief, Britain’s got Talent, Audience With, Strictly come Dancing, The Paul O’Grady show, Have I got news for you & The Big Breakfast to name but a few. As well as her most sought after “Black Book” in the industry, she also has all the knowledge and know-how to book your own personal celebrity makeup artist, personal stylist, and many other important factors when planning a wedding or an event such as magazine columnists, PR agencies, personal PR, not to mention where the biggest celeb haunts are – for all those imporatant hen and stag party arrangements! Christian / Honeymoon and Travel Specialist Having completed a BA Honours degree at Brighton University in Travel Management, Christian secured his fountain of knowledge on the world, by travelling for a year, before grounding himself with the family business. Christian has now been an integral part of the business for nearly ten years and was rewarded with the position of Director last year. He has been fortunate enough to test out 5* deluxe trips to Mauritius and Antigua, built a strong client base with both customers and travel operators, arranged many weddings abroad, including his own wedding in a beautiful private chapel in the Tuscany Hills, Italy, aswell as offering extensive knowledge on most travel related topics for all those important intimate details. Kim perfected her make up skills at the “MAC” make up artist school Kensington, in 2005. Even before finishing her training, was already working her magic in the public eye. She has worked on numerous celebrities and has had many editorial features showcasing her hair styles and creations. Kim has made many strong relationships with premium make up brands. Kim prides herself on her knowledge with the latest products and trends which enables her to have a wealth of experience about cosmetics and the way they are applied to bring out the best. She always aim’s to create a natural, beautiful looks but if you want something more glamorous then we can work with you to make sure you get the look you want. Kim understands how lighting, photography, and make up work together and her attention to detail and caring nature will leave you free to enjoy your wedding day preparations in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Based in Surrey, Kim will travel to you at home or your wedding venue. She can also offer makeup lessons, if you are a bride wanting to do her own bridal make up or if you just want a makeup lesson from a professional artist. Hayley / Photographer
Hayley works closely along side a team of photographers who provide an unobtrusive, friendly and professional photography service for weddings and events across London and Surrey. Working in this photojournalistic way also creates a stunning storybook feel to your weddings photographs. Hayley’s experience also includes working closely with celebrities within the film, fashion and music industry. This involves working within fast paced environments and understanding the demands of speed and specific lighting to capture the right shot. The magic of Hayleys work is not only on the shoot itself but her ability to mix the natural with glamour which is enhanced by a cutting edge post production department, creating that once in a lifetime photo. Andrea is a Professional Make-Up Artist based in Surrey who specialises in bridal; special occasion and photo shoot Make-Up. Over the past 10 years she has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in cosmetics whilst developing a real creative flair. Andrea has an eye for detail and colour and knows exactly how to enhance your features to gain the best results. She is familiar with, and uses, leading brand cosmetics and therefore can create a look to suit every occasion. For her brides Andrea can create a naturally beautiful look but is able to add a touch of glamour or something that little bit special. She believes in working together and exchanging ideas to achieve the desired look. Andrea knows how important it is to look and feel special on what should be one of the best days of your life and her friendly and calm way will help you relax and enjoy the whole experience whilst knowing you are in safe hands. Due to Dawns caring and loyal reputation that she has built over the years with her clients, she felt it was time that she set up on her own and in 2008 set up her own business offering Beauty therapy for people in there own home. Not only does Dawn bring her service to you she can offer an alternative venue at her treatment studio, based in Surrey. Dawn has always used world class products such as Dermologica, Guinot, Pier Auge, Mavala and St. Tropez. Currently dawn has chosen to use the organic skincare range called Natural Elements. Paul has been DJ’ing for the last 25 years. He prides himself on his professionalism, reliability and ability to guarantee customer satisfaction. Paul’s music is extremely well known within the celebrity party circuit and has a long list of celebrity clients including high profile events such as Max Clifford’s wedding. Paul has a team of Dj’s that work closely with him and so all styles and type of evening can be catered from. From the club / old school era through to 60/70’s and don’t forget those Karaoke queens – we have designed a number of packages to incorporate all types of set ups. Paul has a number of different Lighting rigs and backdrops that we design around your event, taking into consideration the amount of guests you have and the size of your venue. Bram has worked within the childcare industry for 20 years. Having babysat his nephew from a young age he knew this was the path he would follow. Having a natural talent with children and a desire to progress his career in this field, he trained as a Nursery Nurse and childminder, leading to a Crèche Supervisor for a high profile client. Over the last ten years Bram has channelled his knowledge and passion into providing a unique service to both parents and children. Bram’s fun and enthusiastic approach to party and event organisation are the main attributes that sets him aside to anyone else. His “tailor-made experience” of Children’s parties and activity courses has been described as “Unbeatable”. She will come and visit you at your home with her own equipment, including a mobile pop – up tent ensuring no fuss or mess. Julie has a wide range of tanning shades that can be tailor-made to all skin types. Her mobile tanning is complete in just one 20 minute session and will advise you with all the best ways to ensure your tan will last for up to seven days. Julie is extremely flexible with her appointments and can be made either day or evening, 7 days a week; all appointments are to suite you. Weddings Made Easy would also like to suggest a fun evening for you and your friends to have a girlie night with a bottle of wine and provide you with a FREE spray tan if you have four or more guests in one sitting. John has the unique ability to capture every passing moment of your wedding by remaining discreet and unobtrusive at all times, ensuring you receive a mirrored image of all those important moments on your wedding day. We will provide you with a range of services which you may choose from including; Two cameras and two camera operators, Your own choice of music, a Compressed version of the film for use on the internet for family and friends to view, IPod and Blu-ray versions of the film. We will produce, film, edit and even direct if you wish! Alongside supplying you with DVDs as a momentum of your wedding day, we also provide a version of the film for your friends and family to view online, on websites such as Facebook & YouTube. Additional services include; The Same Day Edit – have the highlights of the ceremony displayed for your guests to enjoy, Bride & Groom’s preparations, guest interviews and Hen & Stag do filming. Firstly, I would like to thank you for taking the time to explore what we can offer you at Weddings Made Easy. To give you a brief introduction, I am a happily married mother of two, who has experienced the trials and tribulations, but more importantly the pleasures of getting married.
With over 18 years experience as a florist, Lyn has developed her own unique style and approach to creating floral design. She creates exquisite and bespoke displays for all type of weddings and events, her clients have included Tiffany & Co, The Sanderson hotel, Templeton House and Babbington House.
Maxine has worked within the weddings industry since 2001, specialising in chair covers, table décor and venue decoration.
With over 10 years of experience as a senior hair stylist for one of London’s top hair salons, Kim has brought her expertise and creativity to join the team at Weddings Made Easy. With a flair for colour and eye for detail, Kim has the look for every occasion.
Hayley has been running her own photography business for nearly 12 years. Having started her career as a professional photographic printer initially, it was a natural progression into photography and she had shot her first wedding by the age of 18. Hayley was also running her own studio for the then president of the British Institute of professional photography by the time she was 20.
Jodi has been a hair stylist since graduating from college where she studied “hair” fourteen years ago. Within the last three years Jodi left her established salon to channel her talents into freelancing for weddings, celebrity events and corporate functions.
Dawn has worked within the Beauty therapy industry for over 11 years. She trained as a beauty therapist at Kingston College, Surrey, graduating with a BTEC National diploma. Since graduating in 2001 Dawn has worked as a qualified beauty therapist in established salons around London and Surrey to extend to her Beauty therapy portfolio.
Julie is a mobile spray tanning technician with over four years experience, with a long list of regular clients and also TV appearances on Trinny and Susannah.
Having graduated from university with a BA in Film Production, John has continued to work full time within the media industry ever since. With his career within broadcasting for seven years, John set up his own company offering a unique and fresh way of filming wedding day films. John’s fantastic reputation has brought him a large and loyal client base including ; Sky Sports, EMI & Warp X Films, amongst others.
